You Are Loved

Mental health matters. Kindness matters. There have been days in my life when a small act of kindness from a stranger was the thing that saved my life that day and pulled me back from the darkness of my mind. I know firsthand that while someone may be wearing a smile on the outside, you never really know what that person is thinking and feeling inside. The smallest act of kindness, at the right moment, can truly change things for them. My own life experiences are what led me to create the You Are Loved Movement. One sentence, printed on a shirt, can serve as a reminder for the recipient and for everyone who walks past and may need those words themselves. We design and create as many tees as we can to deliver to those going through what may be the hardest moments in their lives. Each tee comes with a short letter from me that can be referred back to when that person may feel alone, along with resource numbers on the back. We believe people matter over profit, so if you are in need of this reminder but can't afford to purchase a tee, please email us and we will ensure you receive one. For every tee purchased, we will donate one more to someone in need of those words. Always look for ways to be kind to those around you. You never know whose life you may be saving.
